What is Top Whats Extrator?
Top Whats Extrator is software for extracting phone numbers from social media profiles and data from Google Maps, using search engines and filters by keyword, location, and country.
- Social network search — Search for phones on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) with a user-defined keyword.
- Multiple search engines — Uses several search engines: Google, Yahoo, Bing, plus directories such as Yellow Pages, Yelp, and others, as available.
- Country and location — Search across all countries; select by country prefix; optional location field.
- WhatsApp filter — Option to search for WhatsApp numbers only or all phone numbers.
- Export — Export results (phone, title, description, source, site URL) to Microsoft Excel, CSV, or text file.
- Google Maps Extractor — Dedicated module to extract business data from Google Maps (business name, phone, website, address, rating, images, hours, social profiles, etc.) by keyword and location.
- Settings — Language (EN/PT), export format (Excel, CSV, text), CSV column separator, and encoding.
- Windows with the appropriate .NET Framework.
- Latest version of Google Chrome (or the embedded browser used by the software).
- Internet connection.
- You will receive only the executable software. Source code is not included.
- After purchase, obtain your license code. If you have issues, email info@topactivex.com.
- After confirming the license code, install the program, run Top Whats Extrator.exe and register your license on the activation screen.
- License email: use the email registered at purchase.
- Registration code: enter the license code you received.
- Once registration is complete, the main screen will be available.
After registering the license, start the software. The main screen lets you configure the search and extract phone numbers.
- Keyword — Enter any keyword (e.g., CEO, Jobs, Sales) for the search.
- Location — Optional; enter a location to refine the search.
- Social network — Select the network to search: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube.
- Search engine — Choose the search engine (Google, Yahoo, Bing, among others available).
- Country — Select the country prefix to search and extract numbers.
- WhatsApp number — If you want only WhatsApp numbers, select Yes; otherwise the software searches all phone numbers.
- Extract — Click to start extraction. Use Stop process to interrupt.
- Export — After extraction, click Export to save the data (phone, title, description, source, site URL) to Excel, CSV, or text.
You can export in several formats: Microsoft Excel, CSV (comma- or semicolon-separated), and text file.
The Google Maps Extractor lets you extract business data from Google Maps (business name, phone, website, address, latitude, longitude, rating, reviews, category, images, hours, Facebook and Instagram profiles, etc.).
- On the main screen, click the Google Maps Extractor button to open the form.
- Keyword — Enter a keyword (e.g., Restaurant, Sales, CEO).
- Location — Enter the desired location.
- Extract — Click to start extracting data from Google Maps.
- Save images to folder — Option to save images to a local folder.
- Export — Export the extracted data to Excel, CSV, or text.
Click the settings icon on the top bar to open Settings.
- Language — Change the software language (English or Portuguese).
- Export file format — Set the default format: Microsoft Excel, CSV, or text file.
- CSV column separator — Choose comma (for US) or semicolon (for Europe).
- Encoding — Adjust the encoding of exported files if needed.
Save changes for them to apply to future exports.
- Support does not include software customization.
- Custom work may be quoted separately.
- Each license is valid for one computer.
